Metal Signs

Metal signs are a durable, professional solution for both indoor and outdoor signage. We produce our metal signs using MAX-metal®, an aluminum composite material made with two pre-painted aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core. This construction creates a sign that is lightweight and easy to install while remaining rigid, stable, and suitable for long-term use.

MAX-metal provides a smooth surface for crisp, vibrant graphics and can be finished with printed vinyl, cut vinyl lettering, paint, screen printing, or direct printing. It can also be cut and routed into custom sizes and shapes, making it a versatile choice for many different sign applications.

We offer MAX-metal signs in 3mm and 6mm thicknesses:

  • 3mm – Our standard and most popular thickness. It provides a strong, lightweight panel suitable for most business signs, construction signs, directional signs, parking signs, wall signs, property signs, and general indoor or outdoor applications.

  • 6mm – Made with thicker aluminum faces and a thicker polyethylene core for increased rigidity. This option is recommended for larger signs, freestanding panels, installations with less support, and projects where additional strength and stability are needed.
